THE IDEA THAT MARKUS KRUBER (ALL-WEATHER MERCENARY, POACHER AND OCCASIONAL KNIGHT) HAS LINKS TO BRETONNIA HAS TAKEN PLENTY OF FOLK BY SURPRISE. NOT LEAST KRUBER HIMSELF, WHO KEEPS MUTTERING INTO HIS TANKARD SOMETHING FIERCE. FORTUNATELY, LOHNER’S DONE A BIT OF DIGGING, AND RECKONS HE’S GOT A HANDLE ON THE MATTER.

We're looking at a very cheap version (think a large coffee) which offers players the base model, weapons and the gameplay elements, with a very optional upgrade which offers a bunch of challenges, additional cosmetics etc. That analogy lost me. So your saying that the career will have 2 modes to it? what? base model career with a upgrade? Can you elaborate or were you just off on a random tangent

I almost respect Fatshark for not doing it, but i actually just assume it's just laziness or some problem with Steam that has been the actual reason why they haven't done it so far. It's a tricky one honestly. It's not a Steam problem, or a lazyness problem. They're 'relatively' simple to implement, even easier when something like Okri's book exists, as you can just hook in to those which saves a bunch of work (well it's kind of the same work, but you don't have to do it twice).
